RANCH INTENSIVE
MEMBERS GATHERED TOGETHER in nature TO SPEND THREE DAYS DIVING DEEP & CREATING LASTING RELATIONSHIPS
A group of eight members came together at our founder’s private home/ranch and quickly became lifelong friends. Over three days, they learned more about each other and themselves than any of them had ever thought possible. Deep conversations were held about business challenges, personal issues, and even family dynamics. Many ‘whiteboards’ were used not just to discuss topics but to create action items and solutions. Mixed in with all the depth were deep belly laughs, late-night s’more-filled bonfires, amazing food, boating, hiking, and a connected experience that members still talk about today.
